The last two jobs which involved kitchen cabinetry purchased by reputable manufacturers has me wondering what has happened to quality control. Nothing leaves my shop unless it is ready to be installed, which means no imperfections, no damage, and no flaws in the finish. Somehow, for some unsensible reason, these big production shops are shipping out products that I cannot, in good conscience, install. It seems as though they are losing site of the "made in America" standard. Rest assured, I will not overlook this, and I will do whatever it takes to rectify the situation. On one of the previously mentioned jobs I had the finished matched and made the doors and other components to get the job completed and done so in a timely manner. The customer couldn't believe how well everything was matched. Thank you Sherwin Williams for helping me with that.
